(a) As a church composed of a body of believers, to be a soul- saving station and outreach center to the world (Mark 16:11-16, Hebrews 10:39, Romans 10:13,1 Corinthians 10:33,1 Timothy 4:12). As individual believers, to be faithful to the soul winning vision (Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:18-20). To spread the gospel of Jesus to all people, both home and abroad as stated in Matthew 28:18-20 . …Reach out with the love and compassion of Christ to a hurting community; meeting the various spiritual and practical needs, while fostering unity in the body of Christ

(b) To have a Ministry which, teaches believers to flow with the anointing of the Holy Spirit in order to grow and fulfill the purpose of God on their lives (I Corinthians 12 14:1-5, Mark 16:18,James 5:14, I John 4:1, Romans 12:4-8). Teaching the people with the compassion of Jesus (Mk 6:34) to obey God (Ex 19:5). …Bring the people to a place of Holiness in God (Ex 22:31, Lev 20:6-7; 19:2, Ps 5:7) …Building foundation for continued victory received in salvation through the power and anointing of God, by the Holy Spirit resulting in deliverance and freedom to a "captive" people.

(c) To feed and clothe the truly poor by having a Soup Kitchen, Food Pantry, Clothes Closet (Leviticus 25:35, Matthew 2534-40, Galatians 6:10, Psalms 142:7; 146:7, Luke 4:18,1 Peter 3:19), and whatever other mean the Lord may tell the Pastor to fulfill this vision (Habakkuk 22, Isaiah 30:8) including providing a home for the homeless and runaways (Proverbs 19:17, Luke 3:11,II Corinthians 8: 14-15).

(d) To raise up Preachers with a similar vision to reach the lost and the poor (I Chronicles 922-23, Thus 1:5, Acts 14:23). To send them out with the guidance and help of this church to start other churches (Acts 15:41; 16:5). We will over see and help the new work until it becomes solid, stable and Holy Spirit sufficient, at which time they will become an independent and self- governing church.

(e) To implement a work program that will enhance their learning skills, expand their education and cause them to explore job possibilities. God's Word tells us to teach the people the walk and the work they must do (Exodus 18:18-20) God made the earth by His power; He established the world by His wisdom and by His understanding and skill stretched out the heavens (Jeremiah 10:12). We his people can't remain ignorant to the ways of this world but must as proverbs 21:22 say learn to scale the city walls and bring down the strongholds. In other words become skillful in order to survive but don't compromise our righteousness. To implement the purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation as they are amended from time to time and Auxiliary Organizations Article in the By-laws.
